most of the time Jackie will be leading class in which case it is a pay what you can/want to model.

hopefully other community members will hold space in the studio! they will be requested to provide a sliding scale for a minimum and suggested rate. OR continue with the pay what you can model, this will be stated in the event details.

Masks are available! Don’t come if you’re feeling sick - abundance & rest mindset!
I’ll encourage air flow & provide air filtration during class, however I am not ‘requiring’ masks. Instead if you feel susceptible bring your best mask and join in!
During the warmer months we’ll head outside - regardless I hope folks feel included and free.
The bathroom is available.

calling my family units!!! please do but here are some things to keep in mind
there's space for them to join or chill alone (if age appropriate)
mr. Nut - loves his people but can get spooked by tiny guys, no worries! I can hold Nut during class or get him comfy in another space
the home is not baby-ready and so having a dedicated eye on your kiddo will help keep them safe!
its a great space to them kids/adults mix - thank you for the opportunity for joy and whatever else arises!

Doors at 5:30p, Movement 6:30p-7p - for the homies who wanna leave the house, see friends and still stay cozy! Enjoy this warm, restorative class by candle light. Hands on touch & adjustments available.

I’ve come to far! this day in 2022 i taught my first yoga class to the public! Now we’re in a new era and I’m excited to be feeling passionate and open to teaching.
